 1. Introduction  

    A gaming café, also known as a cybercafé, is a business that provides customers with access to computers and internet connectivity. These establishments are primarily used for online gaming but can also serve other purposes such as web browsing or working on school projects. Gaming cafés are equipped with high-performance PCs and reliable internet connections, attracting children and teenagers who want to play games with their friends, as well as adults looking to unwind and relieve stress. This is where our business comes into play, offering a perfect escape for gamers of all ages. 

    Gamecraft Lounge, our business, is designed to provide an exceptional gaming experience by offering not only high-performance PCs but also a variety of consoles. This diverse setup maximizes our space and enhances the user experience, attracting players from different platforms and encouraging exploration of new gaming experiences. Additionally, we have printers available at the counter to meet the demand for student assignments. We have chosen to establish our location within a shophouse at Boulevard Commercial Complex, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. This strategic location is near one primary school and four secondary schools, presenting a significant opportunity as there are no other gaming cafés in the vicinity. Our target market includes students and adults who wish to enjoy gaming, whether alone or with friends. Furthermore, our proximity to the Malacca International Trade Centre (MITC) helps attract a broader audience.
