Microsoft Visio is a powerful diagramming tool that allows users to create a wide range of diagrams, including network diagrams, flowcharts, organizational charts, and more. IT specialists that need to see system designs and network layouts will find it extremely helpful.

1. Open Visio, Click New Blank Drawing.
2. Name your drawing. Then go to the ‘Shapes’ on the left side.
3. Search for the shape that you want for your diagram. For example, server.
4. Drag the shape(devices) to the page.
5. Place the devices in positions that resemble their physical layout.
6. Select the "Connector" tool from the Home tab. Then, label the connections and save your diagram.
